Mr Dimples is so gallant and sincere and down-to-earth that my occasional attempt to be coy and flirty is half-hearted. Regrettably, I stay as uncertain whether he is scattering vague hints. Simply because - he is an engineer and engineers engineer all but matters concerning the racing, racy heart. Can an engineer be anymore slow, dense and hesitant than he?

Mr Dimples: Hi, if I'm hardworking this week, I can book the zoo pass for the weekend of 8 - 9 Sep, how about it?
Me: Yay, though it's not confirmed. How does being hardworking have anything to do with the zoo pass.
Mr Dimples: I've gotta bring the laptop back home on 7th and book the pass at midnight. That's hardworking.
Me: Wouldn't you agree it's something worth being industrious about?
Mr Dimples: It is, and it's hard work too.
Me: I can stay up online too. You can also call me tomorrow night to make time move faster towards the magical hour lah.
